This app will record only for any messages that chosen "notification bar" (NO EXPORT to other server or apps except user export data for backing-up), some application may not be able to send all notification if messages sending too fast (it might shown only the first one or incomplete text) which is not adjustable. This problem can not be fixed, we do apologize for this inconvenience.

In case, the UnRead message shown as "You have a new message!" from LINE

1. You need to re-configuation by press "?" icon for more information.

2. Your internet connection may unstable, so this problem can not be fixed.

Due to the problem of not reading messages from app UnRead might came from the reason as below:

1. Customers have to allow app UnRead access to "Notification bar" function then app UnRead will be able to read the message. You can see the detail when clicking "?" symbol in our app

2. Checking "setting menu" in your chat application (Ex. LINE, Messenger) and make the Notification to "ON"

3. Checking Notification of Android (system setting) to allow chat application notify messages which depend on your mobile device

4. If UnRead cannot get your chat messages, please try to follow https://sites.google.com/view/near-unread/settings and https://sites.google.com/view/near-unread/red after that, restart your device

Aplikasi ini akan merakam hanya untuk mana-mana mesej yang memilih "bar pemberitahuan" (TIADA EKSPORT kepada pelayan atau aplikasi lain kecuali data eksport pengguna untuk sandaran), sesetengah aplikasi mungkin tidak dapat menghantar semua pemberitahuan jika mesej menghantar terlalu pantas (ia mungkin hanya dipaparkan teks pertama atau tidak lengkap) yang tidak boleh dilaraskan. Masalah ini tidak dapat diperbaiki, kami meminta maaf atas ketidakselesaan ini.

Sekiranya, mesej UnRead ditunjukkan sebagai "Anda mempunyai mesej baru!" dari LINE

1. Anda perlu disambung semula dengan akhbar "?" ikon untuk maklumat lanjut.

2. Sambungan internet anda mungkin tidak stabil, jadi masalah ini tidak dapat diperbaiki.

Oleh kerana masalah tidak membaca mesej dari aplikasi UnRead mungkin datang dari sebab seperti di bawah:

1. Pelanggan perlu membenarkan akses UnRead aplikasi ke fungsi "Bar Pemberitahuan" kemudian app UnRead akan dapat membaca mesej tersebut. Anda boleh melihat terperinci apabila mengklik "?" simbol dalam aplikasi kami

2. Memeriksa "menu tetapan" dalam aplikasi sembang anda (Contoh LINE, Messenger) dan buat Pemberitahuan ke "ON"

3. Memeriksa Pemberitahuan Android (tetapan sistem) untuk membolehkan aplikasi sembang memberitahu mesej yang bergantung pada peranti mudah alih anda

4. Jika UnRead tidak dapat menerima mesej perbualan anda, sila cuba ikuti https://sites.google.com/view/near-unread/settings dan https://sites.google.com/view/near-unread/red after itu, mulakan semula peranti anda
